Kivotos Santorini - Preferred Hotels & Resorts

This is a very unique, exceptionally beautiful property. The reception staff was pleasant and extremely helpful. We were welcomed by awesome cocktails by these lovely bartenders. On the whole we had a great stay at Kivotos . Would highly recommend.

This was an amazing trip for us. Every single interaction we had with the staff and amenities were above and beyond.

Everything was wonderful! The room was a little dark, but you had control over all the lighting colors and could open the main door to the room to let more light in as needed.

The location is amazing and stunning views, breakfast was ok we did not get the full range on the breakfast menu once in our stay, had to ask for orange juice every morning and the head male waiter in the restaurant was rude and actually stated breakfast had finished and had a real attitude. We were sat dow for last orders 11am and We waited 40min for breakfast with only one other large table of local guests.(We shouldn’t have had to ask for the items there is a fixed menu with only one chosen option on hot food) The food was lovely but spoiled by the staff in the restaurant. Only one young lady with blonde hair was a credit and tried hard every time we saw her, didn’t get her name sorry 😢. The hotel itself was lovely, clean and excellent location. The hotel staff are excellent and offer help to book excursions and taxes, we registered with reception on whats app and they answered swiftly every time. The hotel has amazing views. however if you want privacy good luck, it’s right on a public walkway and the staff do not stop tourists walking in to see the view (you are paying over £600 a night for!!) Very off putting if you are a little self conscious in a bathing suit and want to use the main pool. They can also look over at the hot tubes in room 10 and 2 other suits below. The room we stayed in was very nice modern and had all the mod cons but a little dark and no real natural light, we had an inside pool and it was lovely but had no outside space to sit at, the seating area was above the pool and got very hot and humid. had I known I may have chosen a different hotel as it was the only room left in our hotel on the time of booking. (We had room 5 the only room without outside space to relax in) Overall the hotel was a very pleasant stay and santorini it self is amazing and would definitely recommend!

5* hotel but not given 5* service especially in the restaurant for hotel guests. Not exclusive and off putting tourists when trying to sunbathe or get in the pool.

This is a truly unique property in Santorini. The rooms are something that I have never experienced before. We had the villa with the Indoor pool and Hamman Baths and the pictures do not do this place justice. The staff was extremely accommodating and the breakfast was next level. It was a 3-course meal for breakfast every morning. Honeymooners might be fixated on staying in Oai but this hotel is very close to Fira were all the fun stuff happens so I highly recommend staying here.

The hot tub was not as hot as we would have liked and the steam room took a while to get hot.

We had a beatiful stay in the end of September. The room was exceptional, equipped with all that you need to make your stay unforgetable. Breakfast was delicious and if you wish it can be served in the room, but we preferred to have it at the restaurant because the view from it was amazing. Ladies (Apostolia and Mary) from reception were so helpful and did all of their best to make our stay perfect.

As an recommendation to change umbrellas at the pool area and restaurant to more flexible. During day time when it's needed they are quite useless.

Amazing place with a unique view and excellent food at mavro restaurant. The staff and service was very impressive and the lady in the reception very helpful to organize our trip and places to visit.
