Service and fantastic amenities.

Kephalonia Bay Palace hotel has amazing views and is in the most beautiful village, short walk into the bay, lovely places to eat overlooking the bay, pretty coves to swim and clear sea. Staff are so welcoming and friendly, Apostolia in particular couldn’t do enough to help and was very kind. Even collected us one day when our daughter refused to walk back. Great breakfast. Quiet pool

Few minor things didn’t work - keys, plugs, jacuzzi bath

We stayed here for my birthday and had a great experience from start to finish. The staff looked after us so well throughout our stay and were always friendly, attentive, and happy to help with anything we needed. Breakfast each morning was excellent, with plenty of variety to choose from, and we also ordered food from the pool bar menu to our room, which was really good. Any requests we had were dealt with quickly and efficiently, which made the stay feel even more relaxing and enjoyable. The pool area and the views from the villas were absolutely fantastic and really made the trip special. We would definitely recommend staying here and plan to return in the future. Apostolia - hotel manager was great!!!

Interior could be modernised to make Kefalonia Bay Palace 10/10, but this would not impact our choice to stay again, given the majority of time is spent by the pool or out and about exploring Kefalonia.

Perfekte Lage und dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen. Sehr gute Anbindung zum Hafen mit vielen Bars und Restaurants. Service perfekt , Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Fantastic experience. Very clean rooms with all the amenities you need. Excellent food, very friendly staff and incredible views. You can spend days relaxing by the pool & taking in the views .

Não tenho palavras para descrever as acomodações, cama confortável, vista maravilhosa, o hotel é incrível, os funcionários são maravilhosos, a gerente… bom não sei nem o que dizer mesmo, que pessoa incrível, gentil, me senti acolhida e abraçada, por ela e pelo assistente que nos atendeu em toda nossa estadia, eu e meu esposo amamos cada momento neste lugar, gostaria de não precisar ir embora 😅 MARAVILHOSO
