Its location and the staff. The views were spectacular!

The wasps were a bit of a pain but staff took steps to minimise the issue.

Fabulous hotel, really friendly staff, amazing room with a balcony and view best views across the prettiest bay. We were given a complimentary fruit platter and bottle of wine which was a lovely surprise. Wish we could of stayed longer as the swimming pools looked beautiful. We left early for our ferry and got given a breakfast takeaway box each. Highly recommend this wonderful hotel.🤩😄🌎

Perfect stay! Kefalonia is an incredibly beautiful island with the most beautiful beaches in Greece. We absolutely loved our stay at Kefalonia bay palace. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom villa with a private pool. So grateful! Perfect location with the most stunning sea views, clean, great buffet breakfast, and warm hospitality from the lovely hardworking staff. Overall we are so glad we chose to stay at kefalonia Bay Palace in Agia Effimia, a beautiful picturesque beachside village with lots of taverns, bars, shops etc. The best location for exploring the island! Can’t wait to come back!

la struttura è suddivisa su terrazze anche se attrezzata di ascensore nelle aree hotel, l'ingresso alla struttura è particolarmente con strada in salita!

Room and hotel in need of an upgrade. Food wasn't great

Die Lage war ein Traum, der große Pool und alles was man braucht ( coffee, Bar, Restaurant, Supermarkt...)war fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Kostenfreie Parkplätze vorhanden! Die Ladys an der Rezeption waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Immer ein Lächeln 😃 im Gesicht!

Das Hotel ist teilweise sehr renovierungsbedürftig! Die Matratzen waren für unseren Geschmack viel zu hart, die Überdecken voller Flecken, kaputte Fliesen,........ Am Frühstücks Buffet ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei, allerdings wirkte es für uns etwas lieblos angerichtet. Ein Lächeln oder zumindest ein Guten Morgen von den Servickräften wäre nett gewesen. Die vielen Vespen sind zwar allgemein ein Problem aber Ihnen wurde mit Rauch entgegnet, der einen üblen Beigeschmack beim Frühstück mit sich brachte.

Agia Effimia ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um Kefalonia zu erkunden und Bay Palace ist für uns die schönste Ferienanlage in Agia Effimia. Architektonisch hat uns diese Anlage super gefallen, ist jedenfalls nicht gewöhnlich. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr schön gepflegt und hat einen großen schönen Pool. Unser Zimmer ist geräumig und sauber und hat einen großen Balkon mit einem wunderschönen Meerblick. Die ganze Mannschaft ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, gerne wieder.

הכל היה מושלם. ארוחת בוקר טובה חדר גדול נקי ומרווח עם מרפסת מהממת שממנה ראינו זריחות יפות שדרגו אותנו לחדר בקומה גבוהה.גם קיבלנו בקבוק יין ומגש פירות סתם ככה בלי סיבה. הופתענו מאד לטובה. בהחלט נחזור לשם בקרוב.
