Rooms were spotless and comfortable

No service and WiFi wouldn’t work in the single rooms

Cosy & convenient. Parking space was a bonus.

Took a while for hot water to come through but was not an issue.

Really great staff and the room was very comfortable and clean, also a great location to the beach town with fish and chips

Limited parking which was disclosed fully in the booking.

When bathroom door opened extractor came on very noisy through the night no way of switching it of at night

Location right in the centre of Cellardyke is perfect . Close to Anstruther and easily walkable to everywhere. Place is neat an tidy. Just wee hotel rooms above a bar, but the bar isn't noisy.

You don't get an answer on the phone before 3pm, which isn't ideal, but you can always read the write ups or use common sense

A beautiful new room, very comfortable and clean.

Very hot room due to the weather, definitely need a fan. Internet kept going off. Notice in room saying tv is Internet TV and could be accessed through apps, did not happen, kept trying and continually said no internet connection. Saw a hairdryer so washed my hair this morning and then found out the hairdryer didn't work ! A few changes and would make the experience much better.

Richard was a very friendly and welcoming host. A Ricky was most helpful.
