Very clean, Internally all refurbished to a good std

Owners were fantastic, friendly, hospitable. Would do anything to make stay as pleasant as possible. Couldn't of been more accomodating. Rooms were very clean and mine was very quit. Best i have slept for a long time. Good range of beers/ciders in the bar Food was very good .

Excellent location, staff very friendly, excellent value for money. Room was spacious and comfortable, good food and made very welcome by the locals

Nothing to dislike

The fact that it was dog friendly and staff were very accommodating and moved us to a new room as the first one was too hot and the window wouldn’t open

There was no sugar in the room and couldn’t find any staff until 9.30 am .. Also no hairdryer n again no one to ask for one until after shower so couldn’t get hair wet

Staff were friendly and helpful. Quality restaurant food was good.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with a very comfortable bed that ensured a great night’s sleep. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the attention to detail, which made the stay feel luxurious and relaxing And the cherry on top they allow dogs to stay here so we don't have to leave our dog behind. Yeah I look forward to returning in the future!

Very close to walks

It was minutes away from The Dean Heritage Centre where we were working on a Big Cat Exhibition. The staff were very friendly. Lovely cooked breakfast and very comfy bed. It has 5 guest rooms so it was lovely and quiet.
