Excellent service and location Break fast was delicious and ontime Mr. Raza khan receptionist is very kind and supportive. His way of dealing ia very generous. Mr. Ravi also very helpful. We stayed 3 days and enjoyed a lot. All necessities are near by. Very closed to Station.

Wifi is very slow.

Location was good

I stayed there with my parents who are senior citizens. After mentioning breakfast included in the booking process, they offered 3 items for 3 persons( 1 each) and asked for extra charges if ordered more than 3. The more disappointing part was when we checked out in the morning at 6 a.m. After repeatedly calling the house keeping for luggage transfer from room(which was at 2nd floor) to the reception area at the ground floor, there was no response and nobody was to be found. Nobody responded the phone calls. Both of my parents being senior citizens, the trouble I had was very unfortunate one. Sorry to disappoint, but I have to mention that for the first time ever, had a very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience overall at a hotel booked through booking .com.
