staff was polite

location is extremely bad and not easily accessible due to huge traffic. Furniture is old and dirty. Towels are extremely old as if it was to clean the floor it was disgusting and non-hygienic. no restaurant. food is bought outside the location and it doesn’t look nor taste good. just a wastage of money. I don’t understand how people want to earn money but do not do the minimum to maintain hygiene.
