The hotel is new so its very clean , comfortable beds , good and quiet location.

I couldnt pay with the credit card , because just that day the terminal wasnt working. Lucky i had cash with me because was leaving to the Airport and was in rush.

The location is fantastic for restaurants, cafes and the beach. The hotel appears very new so all fittings in the room look unused.

We had mixed experiences with the staff, some helpful, some not (English was not easily understood either making communication difficult). We had problems with hot water in our bathroom though staff were quick to help find a solution. The AC in the room didn’t work well and would consistently revert to 25 degrees - we couldn’t get it to stay on the set temperature no matter what we tried. The hotel supposedly has a gym and bar area on the roof top, however this was 1 treadmill and 1 bike and no sign of a rooftop bar (sadly!). All in all, good for a short stay if you want easy access to the beach. There’s much to be desired by the advertised extras though!

The location is good. Room is new.

The order given in the 1st place was not the one i booked. I asked for a change and it took me 1 hour wait to get a new room

I came to this newly built hotel in early March. Very good hotel overall, very close to beach. Staff very friendly, helpful talks very good english. Breakfast exceptional.

A very nice hotel located in the heart of Nha Trang. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well equipped, there’s also a pool and a small gym inside. I had a pleasant stay here!
