La Villa Hotel

Absolutely beautiful grounds and attentive, helpful staff led by the engaging, hands-on owner who wants to make sure everything is just right. The food is exceptional. A short drive from the key wine towns. We’ll be back and will bring friends.

The location was lovely, the staff and hotel itself were great. The owner is amazing and she did a great job with the facility. I was a little disappointed regarding the lack of wine production and substantial upcharge for surrounding wines (a 9.50€ bottle being sold for 24€). I enjoyed my time here but would not stay here again and can’t fully recommend it unless you are looking to spend money for a fancy experience.

The location was great but they made it seem like they were a functioning vineyard or had a cellar with substantial wines; they do not produce wine. They had a significant upcharge for surrounding wines and you are unable to find a bottle for less than 24€, however visiting a nearby vineyard revealed that the vineyards sell their wines for all less than 11€.

We first visited La Villa in 2007 and have visited often since. We recently returned with friends for our 1st post Covid visit and had another magical stay. The place is beautiful, the rooms so comfortable, the gardens incredible, the food delicious and the views amazing. If you are lucky enough to be there on a day so crystal clear that you see the snow covered Alps in the distance it will take your breath away. Nicola and her team are the best. Nicola has created a special retreat that is 5 star quality yet unpretentious and laidback. If you are traveling to the Piemonte, this is THE place to stay. If you have not yet planned a trip to the Piemonte, you should, so you can enjoy the magic of La Villa! You will not regret it. We can’t wait to go back.

Excellent hotel, we had a lovely room with fabulous views of the surrounding countryside.All the staff were lovely, and went out of their way to be helpful, both before and during our visit. They came up with suggestions of what to do and helped us with bookings where necessary. The food was delicious, we’d love to return

From the moment we arrived at the reception we were greeted with a friendly face and a welcoming glass of prosecco. The gardens were gorgeous the room beautiful. We travel with our dachsund, so to be given a room with a private terrace was all important, the dining room was perfect as was the delicious dinner. The breakfast was exceptional. The owner Nicola, took the trouble to come and speak to us before dinner. The level of service and attention to detail was of the highest standard. We will be returning very soon.

Our experience at La Villa Hotel was amazing. We were there to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and it was just perfect. Nicola and the team were always on hand when needed, friendly, professional and attentive. From a glass of prosecco on the terrace upon arrival, through to the personalised touches in our room, lovely lunches, chilled out time by the pool, glorious sunset dinners (the food & wine were also superb!), fabulous showers with toiletries made locally especially for the hotel, super comfy bed and delicious breakfasts - our celebration weekend was exactly what we wished for. Looking forward to our next chance to return.

Didn't like having to leave to come home. :) The weekend was just perfect.
