היי , אופן הקבלה שלנו היה מיוחד מצוות הקבלה בלובי דאגו לנו אפילו כניסה מוקדמת לחדר שזבה משמעותי מאוד עבורי ועבור המשפחה שהייה היתה נחמדה מאוד ומתכוון לחזור בכיף

הכל בסדר רק שצריך לשים עמדות של חלוקת מגבות בבריכה ובכניסה לים

"חופשה נעימה ומוצלחת. צוות המלון מדהים!"

צוות המלון -מקצועי ושירותי. אציין במיוחד את ניקול המקסימה שעשתה עבורנו מעל ומעבר והפכה את החופשה לנפלאה. ארוחות- אציין לחיוב את הכריך שהזמנו מבר הלובי- היה טעים מאד. בידור- מופעי השירה החיה היו מוצלחים ובמקום.

תחזוקה- יש מקום לשפר את רמת הניקיון בחללים הציבוריים, בדגש על קומת הספא . רצוי מאד להחליף את השטיחים במסדרונות. ולטפל בנזקי רטיבות במוקדים שונים. ארוחות - ארוחת הבוקר בשבת הייתה מאכזבת במגוון ובאיכות. לטבעוניים לא היה מענה. התנהגות האורחים - לא ראוי לשחק כדורגל בלובי במלון בערב שישי. אווירה- צריך להחליף את המבשם בחללים המשותפים, ולכל הפחות להנמיך את עוצמת הבישום.

אוהבים את המלון, לעתים קרובות מגיעים להעביר חופשה כאן. צוות מדהים, אוכל טעים, אוהבים את מקום SPA מה שבתוך המלון. המלון נמצא קרוב לים ונוף נפלא מהמרפסת. מרוצים.

"DONT EVER GI TI THIS HOTEL!"

DONT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! The worst service ever. Not client facing at all. Treated the families if 2 soldiers, who did over 400 !!! Says reserve duty each !!! With the worst way, and it resulted of us camcelkong all 3 rooms and going back home. Especially worst was the CEO Reuma Lugaxu and the reception manager Nina Ohana. Because if the 2 I would recommend to attend this hotel ever! Went to Herber Samuel which was amazing.

הכל היה בסדר ניקול מהקבלה נתנה לנו שירות מצויין האוכל היה נהדר החדרים נפלאים, הגענו ללילה והיה קצר מאוד חד משמעית אנחנו נבוא שנית למלון.

הגל היה נהדר לא היה חסר דבררר

Понравилось все.Как приняли,номер был готов к часу дня.Разрешили освободить номер на час позже без всяких доплат.Комната-супер.Чисто,есть все необходимое.Уборка каждый день.Бассейн с водой Мертвого моря чистый,полотенца,шезлонги,холодная водичка.СПА выше всяких похвал.Спасибо большое за массаж.Спасибо большое Ладе,она нас встретила,все объяснила,со всем помогла.Еда на высшем уровне.Разнообразная.Обязательно вернемся еще.У нас в номере был джакузи.Чисто,все работает.Очень рекомендую.

Было всего три дня,мало.

На кабале Лада предоставила нам ваучер на 2 бокала вина и скидку на массаж, нам улучшили номер бесплатно, очень приятная обстановка, вежливый персонал. Чистый и аккуратный номер, белье и полотенца новые. Хороший ресторан, большой бассейн с солёной водой. Рекомендую!
