Понравилось почти все.Расположение номера,чистота,обслуживание,СПА.

В джакузи не было душа,было неудобно смывать воду.В столовой было очень много людей и мало места.Были длинные очереди,было мало фруктов.В СПА, 16 апреля сидела очень неприятная женщина,разговаривала грубо и некрасиво.

אנחנו אוהבים להגיע למלון הרודס. המיקום השקט הנוף והחדרים.

בפעמים האחרונות ראינו שיש מקומות כמו בספא שיש קירות מקולפיםדברים שבורים שלא טופלו.

בראש ובראשונה - השירות האדיב של כל חברי הצוות, רוצה לציין לטובה את ניקול ולאדה שהקפידו לפנות אלינו כדי לוודא שאנחנו מרוצים. החוף נגיש מאד ומתוחזק היטב. החדר מרווח ועם נוף נפלא לים. בארוחות ניתן מגוון רחב של אופציות. מכיוון שחדר הכושר והג׳קוזי בשיפוצים, המלון מספק שירותי הסעה למלון לאונרדו הסמוך, מענה מוצלח ולא מובן מאליו למי שמעוניין בשירותים אלו.

יש לשפר את רמת התחזוקה במלון, בעיקר של מתקני הסאונה: בבריכת המלח הפלסטיקים כבר הצהיבו, חלק מאריחי הקרמיקה נפלו, הניקוז של המקלחות לא עומד בכמות המים ולכן נוצר מצב שעומדים בבריכת מים עומדים. הסאונות גם צריכות מתיחת פנים - העצים בסאונה היבשה מוכתמים, לדוגמה. ממליץ בחום בשיפוץ הבא להגדיל את הסאונות כדי שיוכלו להכיל יותר אנשים, כרגע הן קטנטנות, בטח בהשוואה לכמות האורחים במלון. אוכל - בסך הכל בסדר, אבל הופתעתי שאין אופציה לחביתה וקפה ממכונת קפה בארוחת הבוקר של יום שבת. אני מבין את עניין הכשרות, אבל אולי אפשר למצוא פתרון יצירתי גם לקהל החילוני

גישה לים ובריכת מי מלח

האוכל לא טעים ולא אסתטי ולא מגוון לא אכלנו יצאנו מהמלון גוועים ברעב . היה לנו ריח רע של ביוב בחדר מאזור המקלחת .

Everything perfect. Lada at the reception desk was very polite. The personal from the dining room excellent. The pool the spa the food the view the location. I know other hotels in the area but this one is the best.

The synagogue is very small and simple compared with the rest of the hotel that was magnificent, and clean. It felt more like a luxury cruise than a hotel.
