Wonderful staff and modern facilities.

Same address in Baden and Ennetbaden so it was a bit confusing and the spa was closed during our stay.

Breakfast acceptable. Location outstanding . No traffic noise. Easy access to frequent bus.

A slightly harder mattress

Location from hotel to spa was a walk across the river. I was expecting it to be in the same building.

Variety at breakfast, new building is separate from main building and spa, minimalistic furniture and decor.

I paid 285 CHF for a night. I wanted to invite my boyfriend for his birthday for a wellness day. Result: - The wellness is not located in the hotel but in another hotel 150 meters away by walk. - The hotel informed me some days before by email that the hot water will be stopped; I was thinking about something in the SPA. Finally, the next morning there was no hot water in the bathroom. My boyfriend and I couldn't take a shower. We left the hotel without shower and with a lot of disappointment. Why is it not written clearly that the spa isn't at the hotel location but in another hotel nearby? Why do they sell rooms knowing that the next day there is no hot water and that guests can't have a shower? I paid 285 CHF for a room in a very poor location, with no decoration and feeling, without SPA and hot water in the bath! I can't recommend this hotel, sorry! That's also not fair for the staff who are very lovely and received my first disappointment in the morning. I have to say that I was extremely unfriendly and I have to apologise to them as this is the responsibility of the management and the staff get back the bad comments from the guests.

Everything! The size of the room was incredible & the tub…amazing! The soak was also incredible! Wish we could have had more time to enjoy the atmosphere and accommodation.

It was all grand!
