nice view on the river

the parking arrangement is complicated. the beds were not too comfortable the spa is in the other side of the river

Excellent SPA

Disgraceful organization. Parking far 500mt from the hotel. I injured my feet nobody ask me if i need help with transport from the hotel. No water in the room. Very bad position from Zurich, always big traffic. No 4star service at all.

Very friendly staff Nicely decorated rooms Spa area is very nice

Breakfast is basic. The dog fee (35/day) is overpriced. A fee per stay instead of per day would be more appropriate.
