El hotel cómodo confortable

El personal, debe manejar bien el servicio al cliente, en el restaurante hay un mal elemento, es la segunda vez que reincide, ya es su costumbre

Super comodo

La atención del personal muy buena, de verdad muy amables.

En lo único que diría me pareció desagradable fue que en la ducha el agua se empoza y es cuando entro en crisis por los hongos.... Logré descansar aunque se sentía algo de ruido pero al menos para mi fue tolerable.

Not remotely close to a hotel, something more like a dumpy hostel that pretends to be a hotel. I could just point out the fact that the shampoo and soap come in baggies, the towels (floor mats included) are cut in half, no hair dryer, hot water, it’s lit by clinical halogen lights, the room feels like a dungeon, and lastly the breakfast and breakfast room look and feel like a down and out prison cafeteria. The breakfast staff needs customer service training as they are completely and appallingly rude, but I think I may be asking for too much by that.
