My Hill Eco Lodge

Beautiful hotel room with an amazing view. Quiet and peaceful. There's a nice restaurant there with a fire pit. Don't follow google maps and attempt to drive the whole way. It's not possible if you're not a local. Take the nice boat trip over the lake instead. You'll enjoy it. Arrange with the hotel when you are going to arrive in advance and they'll wait for you. Worth a visit!

Parking spot by the harbor is too small and you need to be careful where you park. Ask the friendly locals for help.

Excellent location

The views are incredible in clear days and being on the lake is great and the frogs croaking sound like glass chimes

They forgot to tell us about the boat shuttle device. The road to the property is very bad.

Vincent was caring for everything. Nice dinner. The location itself was top. Perfect shuttle by boat to and from the lodge

The last 11km to reach the property are all off-road, and the road is not very well maintained, especially towards the end. It could be worth mentioning in your description that a 4x4 is recommended, and even necessary if it has rained

The restaurant is good, but is not at the same level as the excellent accommodation and it's facilities.

Very remote and special place overlooking Lake Ruhondo. Staff super friendly and got a beautiful room upgrade. Fish came right from the lake and super tasty. Not much to do but a great place to unwind.

Tent rooms are a bit small when traveling as a couple with 2 pieces of luggage.
