Hyatt Place San Jose Pinares

The booking manager didnt hold my written reservation. He sent me a pdf that had to be downloaded and then scan in. Which I did, but two days later my rooms were gone. Terrible problem for me at my age because I have stayed there many times to go to my dentist next door. Then I saw the rooms online with booking.com. To get back to the hotel I paid much more than my original reservation .and that after having to go far away to another hotel that wasn't good.

Ein modernes Hotel mit europäischem Standard. Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet.

Sehr zentral, sehr sicher, Anlage ist durch Security Service gesichert . Auto kann in einer Tiefgarage geparkt werden . Das Hotel ist sehr modern gestaltet, daß Frühstücke ist top und die Köchin sehr sehr nett. Die Zimmer sind groß und komfortabel. Sehr leise die Betten sehr gut. Auch das Abendessen ist zu empfehlen. Das Hotel liegt in einer Mall umgeben von Restaurants und Shop.
