El desayuno, el personal y la atención.

Tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado que sonaba mucho y olía un poco mal la habitación, pero solicitamos solución y nos cambiaron de habitación al instante sin ponernos peros.

Que solicite se me acreditarán los puntos por el hospedaje y me indicaron que no lo harían por no haber realizado la reserva directamente con el hotel. Me pareció muy mal y nunca lo han publicado de esa forma.
