The breakfast was amazing, and the staff was so friendly and excellent. They helped us because we were traveling with a newborn, and the whole experience was great! 10/10

Swimming pool desperately need of greenery, in order to make it private and no to much dust from the streets, needs more cleaning, bedrooms bit old , hall ways needs new carpets !

Booking process was terrible. There was a language problem in the booking. I made a mistake on the initial booking and the computer process was not able to correct it. I tried again to correct the mistake and the staff was not able to satisfy my problem. It was a miss I spent hours trying to fix it because I needed the room to complete business in the area and there was no other option. I was so upset!

The booking processing in another language and unable to get a proper correction It was not the staff it was the hotel policy. This is definitely not an US Hyatt property

The hotel is located in a well-developed area, so you'll have access to many amenities. Furthermore, its location is perfect for visiting the capital city and tourist areas in the country's northeast, such as the volcanoes and forests of Cartago. The rooms are very comfortable, as is the breakfast, which was varied and delicious.

We don't have anything specific that we disliked or that could be improved; it's a very good hotel.
