Please note that the entire valley is car free and cars have to be left in Pontresina. Guest can reach the hotel by bike or on foot, as well as on cross-country or touring skis in winter season. On prior request, the hotel can also arrange a pick up by a horse carriage from the Pontresina train station. Contact details are stated in the booking confirmation. Also, a bus shuttle service from the Pontresina train station to the hotel is available on prior reservation at 10:30, 17:00 and 18:00.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Perfect place to stay if you want to get a good look at the Roseg Glacier!"

Rooms were very cozy and the bed was great. Bathroom has floor heating which is a big plus! Breakfast was so-so. Very minimal spread but enough to satisfy your hunger. At least they had an omelet station - which I appreciated. The Cake buffet during the afternoons was very delicious. A must-try!

Pillows too soft, did not sleep well, neck ache.- would have appreciated if there were harder ones with memory foam. Restaurant menu choices for lunch/dinner is quite limited and a bit pricey. They also had a canteen that served snacks like currywurst or pommes, but did not get to try that.
