The view and having a balcony to enjoy it. This was definitely the highlight. The bed was also really comfortable, which is very important. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was superb.

In the daytime it gets really hot there so some air conditioning would have been appreciated. Didn't even think of that coming from Mexico City where it is surprisingly much cooler! We had trouble getting Netflix to work on the tv. Even after they helped us to try and sort it out it still didn't work properly. Luckily it did not affect our trip too much.

"had a lovely stay, our shower stopped working but as a soon as we reported it the staff instantly came and fixed it with"

the location and the views from the room was outstanding. the staff were very help every time we needed assistance.

The beds were very firm and the room was very hot even with a fan due to being on the top floor-

"Excellent property- location, hospitality, rooms all charming and lovely."

Loved the room with the view overlooking the beautiful mountains, and the gentle breeze blowing into the room through the door. There was also a nice porch. Everything very clean and safe. The owner was really super nice and friendly. We really liked it and will come back for sure next time. Thank you so much Flor de Cera!
