El hotel es una belleza, el personal nos hizo tener la mejor experiencia.

La comida no me agrado en lo absoluto, tuve una mala experiencia ya que la cockteleria estuvo demasiado dulce, una sopa de lentejas espantosa salada qué no la pude comer, nos pedimos una ensalada cesar le quedo muy acida y el bronch nuevamente salada la comida, regresaría nuevamente solo deberían de tener más cuidado con los alimentos ya que el lugar es sensacional.

El desayuno y en general la comida en el restaurante es espectacular, la atención de todo el personal es fantástico, los servicios en el spa magníficos. Las instalaciones de primera, me encantó la vista al Tepozteco y la cantidad de áreas verdes. La piscina está climatizada lo que le da un plus.

En la época en que fui había llovido mucho y el camino para llegar, aunque corto, fue un poco complicado por el empedrado, los baches y la tierra. Tuvimos un inconveniente con un columpio en las áreas verdes, deberían clausurarlo o especificar que no se puede utilizar. Como sugerencia, colocar filtros de agua para evitar tanto consumo de pet con botellas de agua.
