El cuarto que me dieron con la categoría que tome, estaba muy obscuro y olía a humedad, para subirme a un cuarto mejor, nos cobraron una diferencia, el servicio y atención bien, excepto en el restaurante, muy regular

Lo Unico malo que venden las suits con las mismas fotos pero solo tienen una habitación que se ve así y venden con esas mismas fotos y te dan una vista distinta y habitación diferente es falsa publicidad

there is no Air conditioning in the room. they overcharged us to change the room, we checked out before our plans , they were supposed to reimburse the night we didn’t used… it never happened. Lousy experience !

Muy bonito Lugar y la gente muy amable pero tuvimos que solicitar cambio d cuarto por que había mucho ruido y nos despertaron a las 6 d la mañana lavando con karcher, gente hablando, ruido d camiones, movimiento d la cocina
