"Conexión con la naturaleza"

No probe el desayuno solo un poco de la comida es buena aunque si podria mejorar y la ubicación esta muy agusto para desconectarte y conectar con la naturaleza

Que no me entregaron la habitación a tiempo y cuando entre aún estaba mojado y resbaloso el piso y que no hacen cambios de toallas y sabanas eso es escencial, ya que yo tambien trabajo en hoteleria!

COMO YO TENIA UN EVENTO, LLEGANDO A TEPOZTLAN BUSQUE OTRO ALOJAMIENTO AL QUE SI PUDIERA ENTRAR MAS TEMPRANO. CUANDO LO CONSEGUI FUI A CANCELAR CON CASA NDOMI Y ME DIJERON QUE MI HABITACION YA ESTABA LISTA Y NO ME DEVOLVIERON EL ANTICIPO.

"Un lugar tranquilo para descansar y relajarse"

La atención por parte de Jesús fue muy buena, siempre estuvo atento a si necesitábamos algo y nos dio opciones para cenar. El lugar es muy bonito, y el yacusi de la habitación delicioso. El yacusi de la alberca esta tibia.

La ubicación no fue lo que buscábamos ya que tardábamos aproximadamente 20 minutos en llegar al centro y por las noches todo estaba muy obscuro por lo que era complicado salir a alguna tienda o a cenar, además de que las tiendas no están muy cerca al hotel. Sin embargo, ahí mismo te piden comida a domicilio y te dan varias opciones. También, la primera noche no pudimos utilizar el yacusi debido a que no había gas, sin embargo, nos dieron la opción de bañarnos y utilizar el yacusi de otra habitación y por último el agua de la alberca es demasiado fría.

El personal es súper amable y muy atento. Las habitaciones son limpias y el lugar parece que no tiene más de dos años. Aunque cumple, considero que está un poco elevado el precio para lo que ofrece

Aunque no es cara, la comida del lugar es mala. Se debe ir al pueblo para comer mejor. Además, la piscina está muy fría, y el espacio del hidromasaje es muy poco como para estar mucho tiempo
