El jacuzzi de la habitación (se encuentra fuera, pero es muy agradable ver estrellas y el cielo nocturno) y el de las áreas comunes, la limpieza, su estilo moderno, las camas

Solo que está un poco lejos del centro, hay servicio de taxis muy cerca por lo que no fue mayor problema

El lugar está muy bonito y relajante, las instalaciones están muy limpias y la gente que trabaja ahí es muy amable.

Alquilamos una habitación con tina de hidromasaje qué no funcionaba y otras personas se quedaron de esta misma razón, los administradores comentan que es porque ellos son nuevos ahi y que están trabajando para mejorar eso, lo cual espero que así sea ya que la habitación con tina tiene un costo más elevado como para que no funcione. De ahi en fuera todo muy bien, me encantó que es un lugar super tranquilo para irse a relajar

Si tu interés es estar a pasos del centro no es la opción. Fuimos a un evento y nos funcionó perfecto. Es un lugar muy tranquilo, buen tamaño de habitaciones , tiene servicio para masajes y buena atención del personal.

Para llegar las calles están medio feas. Como detalle le falta que la intensidad de la luz en el área de baño sea mayor, para arreglarse no está cómodo. Tuvimos una fuga en el lavabo que le dieron solución poniendo un bote de basura 🤣… nos comentaron que estaban cambiando de personal y arreglando todos los detalles en el hotel. Pero el personal muy amable y atentos.

Hice mi reservación con 3 meses de anticipación y cuando llegué al lugar, me dijeron que me habían cancelado la reservación por no realizar un pago externo a la aplicación, en ningún momento tuvieron la decencia de marcarme para avisarme de la cancelación, o si aún queria la habitación, el personal que me atendió no tenía ni la más mínima idea de lo que sucedía y cuando fui a la camioneta para hablar con mi esposa e intenté regresar al lugar, me cerraron la puerta y no me dejaron volver a pasar, cuando pedí una solución me dieron largas y solo me decían “esque no realizó el pago” en fin, no pierdan su tiempo
