Staff behaviour not good

Overall ambience and experience ,politeness of hotel staff at reception and other senior staff,location of hotel is awesome being right in front of Rukmini Vihar Gate, a landmark in itself and outside the barricade zone,best to avoid traffic and barricading complications.Getting e-rickshaws and autos is easy at this location

Over-priced, irregular in housekeeping (changing bedsheets,towels,soap dispensers. ), linen should have been bright white for the price being charged by hotel instead of being slightly muddy in color,junior staff needs little more training on how to professionally communicate with customers.

The taste of the food is not good.

The parathas were bland sandwich was just ok and the tea was very bad.

Very poor service especially bath room tabs was defected all the day and TV service was shut down further wifi service too cheap

Everything was perfect.

Nothing was missing. There is an error on website which says 2 separate beds available but that is not the case. They have only double beds in all the rooms.

We appreciated the decent food served at the hotel restaurant. The housekeeping staff also did a commendable job keeping the room clean, although we did have to call cleaning service a few times before they came.

The advertised room size was grossly inaccurate. The windows were dirty. However, the most disappointing aspect of our stay was the unprofessional and even hostile behavior of some staff members. One evening, a visibly drunk restaurant employee delivered our dinner, making us feel uncomfortable. On our final day, a staff member aggressively attempted to rush our checkout process, even going so far as to try to close our suitcase. For the exorbitant price we paid for our 5-night stay, this level of service is unacceptable.
