Location was easily accessible.Food was very good , Hotel staff was helpful in customizing food for elderly parents.Peaceful ambience , Service was prompt and best choice if you are visiting Vrindavan , as it is a pilgrim spot and is very crowded ,so coming back to hotel after the temple visit to a quieter and comfortable place was beneficial.

Service is very poor and bathroom conditions is very poor

Staffs are really nice and polite. Hotel was also clean. In my package breakfast was included and it was indeed good. It is worth to stay here. It is close to Prem mandir(1km)

Front desk staff Sanjay was pleasant and provided an attentive customer service. He went out of his way to assist us on a Vrindavan tour booking since we had a local wifi connection issue.

Initial greeting, the front desk attendents need to be educated on serving guests based on first come, first serve. Sunil was very disrespectful. He was attempting to assist multiple guests while assisting us. The room was not ready when we checked in. They were communicating with housekeeping while we waited. The room we stayed in was very outdated, run down. Toilet tissue was soaked wet when we checked in due to weird shower and toilet combo, thin walls, heard neighbors alarm, them switching on/off their lights, their conversations. Power failure was happening too often for a couple of seconds, which got a bit annoying. I regretted booking 2 nights here. I am not sure how booking.com rated this hotel at 4 stars, which is very misleading to Western standards. This is a definite 2 star hotel. Booking.com needs to review and reconsider the false rating. The breakfast buffet was okay, but there should be a greeter at the door entrance instead of just sitting out of sight. Initial entry for breakfast, staff just stared as if you were at the wrong place. Kitchen staff are very unprofessional,  hear their load music from the kitchen, and then sing along through the closed door.
