Hotel Idhayan Palace

We took a standard room for the first day and later moved to a Premium room as we wanted more space. Mr. Ravi Choudhary and his house keeping team were prompt in service and ensured my stay is comfortable. Best part was food. Mr. Kundan was a great chef, Akash / Ruchit were helping with our orders. They went above and beyond to make Bhindi for me though it was not on their menu. Breakfast is 11/10.

I wish power fluctuations were not there, it was from the Power department and the hotel had Generator to restore.

Property staff was very nice, cooperative and helping. Restaurant food was awesome and 10/10.

The worst ever experience. Chipped crockery is used. Smelly Rooms n slippery flooring of bathroom. Attendent on the check on counter was rude. Worst part was morning buffet having sandwiches with dry bread, Dosa was filled with frozen potatoes, n again plates were chipped. At the final billing, v were presented some other room's food bill n v were forced to pay upon bringing the mistake in their knowledge.

BREAKFAST WAS GOOD & THE CHEF MR.KUNDAN TOOK PERSONAL CARE TO OVERSEE THAT EVERYTHING WAS FINE....LOCATION IS GOOD...

CLEANLINESS OF THE BATHROOM & THE ROOM..THEY NEED TO IMPROVE ON THEIR HOUSE KEEPING...

Breakfast was amazing. Chef Kundan is an outstanding chef and the food was really good.

Staff is very slow, Rest Hotel is Fine and comfortable to stay.

Location and rooms

It was a overall good experience. I like ambience of the hotel and staff was cooperative and proper hygiene was memtained. So including these things everything was good.

I would like to suggest some changes in your food, I feel you can make your your dishes more tasty and many were also not available so please make sure that is available. Thank you.
