Hotel Idhayan Palace

The Hotel staff was not very cooperative and the AC in the hotel was not functional apart from the room. The furniture in the restaurant were being painted so having meal in the restaurant was also difficult. The room size was small and AC not effective. The breakfast was not up to mark as the option was limited and the staff were not ready to give anything extra. When its rated 4 star it seems that no due diligence has been done. Kindly avoid is possible as the rates are high. The only plus point was food and the Chef

this was my 8th stay at this hotel. but this time i really don’t like it. I felt cheated this time

Good location. Friendly and honest staff. Especially the ones at the front desk who ensured taxi prices were fair and not hiked up for foreigners. Delicious food.

Spa was advertised, but when we tried four times to make a booking, a time could not be given. Most of the services on the Spa menu were also not available. The restaurant menu needs to be revised because a lot of items were not available.

do not go in this hotel they are not fair they taken my Rs 2500 for nothing
