"Dreadful"

Staff almost non-existent, noisy and barely clean. Of the 3 days, 2 nights I spent there, music was blasting most of the time.

Centre of town with all shopping around the hotel. Big room with huge wardrobes and 3 beds. Charla was exceptional, very friendly and she fulfilled whatever I requested. Fantastic restaurant with delicious and authentic cuisine. Perfect for a family stay for any number of nights. I would visit again if I have to travel to winterthur. Thank you Charla

"Very poor hotel and breakfast to avoid..."

The blonde girl on reception was very helpful and kind. The location is good and parking space was available which is great. The bed was clean, but that is it.

The hotel looks okay in photos, but when you arrive the look is completely different. Dirty hallway, complete hotel looks like never repaired since construction. The breakfast contained from cheap salami and few bagels...
