Location, bar and service

Water in bathroom is coming as two separated streams; extremely hot and super cold. Cute but not practical in the 21st Century.

Breakfast was good .very friendly staff

The doors to bedroom very hard to open. Needs updating

Location food and staff were all excellent

Room was comfortable. Views are really nice from the room and the terrace. Nice walk along the water down the steps out the front.

Bathroom listed with the superior room is actually for the suite, the bathrooms in the superior room are much more dated. They also tried to put us into a regular room when we paid for the superior, and seemed to be a bit put out when we asked to get what we paid for, and had to “move stuff around” for us.

Came for a wedding. Room was lovely. View nice but giving one star as someone charged drinks to our room and on check out was made to pay it. Even though a receipt was shown with a signature that did not belong to myself and my partner. Absolute joke. The room key should be shown when ordering drinks at the bar. Should not have been made to pay the price of drinks that we did not get!

Great views

It’s a little bit tired could do with modernisation. The hotel was extremely noisy during the night with other customers and banging doors. I got no sleep. Was glad not to be staying another night. I did complain at reception and they did offer a discount which was at least an acknowledgement of the noise as others had also complained.

The view from the dining room is amazing. Breakfast superb

There was no wardrobe in the bedroom.
