the entire place and Staff were fabulous. AND the owner provided an awesome tour of his private Museum ! Room was superb. Beds very comfortable. MUCH attention to detail was in abundance throughout the room.

A word to the wise. Do not park within 40 meters of the owners' home. It is guarded by a malevolent large wild peacock that likes to peck on the side of visitors' unattended cars.

I traveled with my husband, in-laws, and a dog, and we were all amazed with the beauty and peacefulness of the hotel. The beautiful grounds with a lake view, the spacious well decorated cottages, the friendly host that shared her knowledge of the region with us, the great breakfast with homemade bread, pet friendly and a nice pool. This is a well taken care of small hotel with only 7 cottages in a quiet area. There are a restaurant and cafe nearby, and the hotel will cook for you if previously arranged,

It is a drive away from Mae Sai or dowtown Chiang Saen, so it is recommended to have your own transportation.

Lovely location overlooking the lake - very peaceful with only the sounds of the vast array of wild birds including a couple of resident peacocks ! Breakfast was just right with freshly made bread and slightly herbed scrambled eggs - Staff service and friendliness was exceptional

It is quit rural, quiet and peaceful but to far away from the village to walk. Diner was very good, 300 bhat quit expensive, but worth to not have to go to the nearest village.

The bungalows and grounds were beautiful. The proximity to bird watching spots was key for us. There’s a restaurant run by the family and the food is delicious (albeit a bit pricey). The owners and staff are friendly in a genuine way.

Beautiful garden with many well groomed plants and trees. Really an exceptional place for a relaxing stay. The food was excellent and prepared to our taste.
