It was a lovely hotel had a great breakfast and pool was fab! Can’t find a fault in the staff either they where so kind

Was very very out dated. The room was big but had stained carpets, dirty mirrors, the bed frame had a crack and the windows were duct taped shut.

Comfy beds, nice staff and location. Nice big bath.

The meal was really bad, but the staff were quick at helping resolve the issues. Breakfast was good but otherwise I wouldn't eat any other meal at the restaurant.

Ideal choice when travelling with a dog. Patio doors in rooms on lower level great for travelling with a dog. The swimming pool is excellent. Staff helpful. Bed comfortable.

Access to outside patio via the restaurant. One member of.staff let us take our small dog to the 8 foot between the Bar Door & the directly opposite Patio door, another Staff member refused us access to the patio as it meant walking through the restaurant, At the same time saying nothing to two other. People with large dogs who walked straight through while he.was watching?? No one was sitting in that area of the Dining Room. Cold water tap in room 28 running with hot water, normally a sign that the non return.on the bath shower mixer is passing. Menu choice a bit limited "Bar Food" type, but food was cooked well.

Rooms comfortable, food unexceptional but well cooked and presented, staff friendly and helpful.

Wifi available in reception area, but very weak in the room and kept dropping out

The breakfast was lovely except noone said you had to request fried or boiled eggs. I overheard someone asking and by the time I had finished my cooked breakfast, my fried eggs arrived. Generally the place was clean and staff were good.

The room was on the surface clean, but lots of cobwebs and toilet could do with a refresh. The water in the cold tap was coming out warm. Randomly, no phone in the room to contact reception to say about the water. We were in a linked room, the door was locked but next door was noisy (there were kids) and noise was worst because of the linked door.
