"Not a very pleasant stay"

It was situated in a beautiful location it was lovely from the outside. The breakfast was delicious The staff were friendly and helpful

Well the twin room we had wasn’t very nice the beds were far too close and I didn’t like the joining doors into the next room as you could hear their TV and the bathroom was horrible as the bath was far too small the beds weren’t very comfortable

Amazing price considering the pool, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. Always stay here rather than Edinburgh or any Edinburgh airport hotel for 3-4 times the price. Way better value. And Dunfermline is gorgeous to explore too.

"we spent little time in the hotel"

I taught my son to swim there when he was 5 months old, and wanted to take him and his new bride there.

It was sad to see damage to the swimming pool area and the hotel rooms could do with considerable repair and upgrading

DINING ROOM VERY BRIGHT AND CLEAN AS WAS RECEPTION, STAFF VERY PLEASANT BUT NOT ENOUGH OF THEM IN THE DINNING ROOM

THE ROOM WAS VERY DATED 1,BATHROOM WAS FOR DISABLED NO SEAT IN THE SHOWER,MOULD ALL AROUND THE EDGE AND IN BETWEEN THE FLOOR TILES, TOILET WAS VERY LOW AS WAS THE HAND RAIL MY WIFE FOUND IT ALMOST IMMPOSSIBLE TO GET UP . LUKE WARM WATER IN SHOWER AND NO HOT WATER IN THE SINK.ONE DAY BED WAS'NTMADE UNTIL 5PM

"Super time and wonderful room"

Really friendly and helpful staff. Easy to get to. Lots of parking. Really great room, super bed and lovely linen. Decor and furniture were super.

Not a lot but could have had more tea/coffee supplies but staff were happy to accommodate shortages
