Huone oli siisti, parvekkeelta mielettömät näkymät, henkilökunta ystävällistä, hyvä aamiainen.

Breakfast - Included in plan. More or less OK Location - A little uphill climb to access by foot but near enough to Coop and Grindelwald Station Room - Nice wood furnitures and decor. Assigned with a private balcony with a nice view of Mettenberg and village. Cleaned and/or checked every day. Has old style double key system. Kettle and safe in room. Staff - Helpful and attentive

Gemütliches Zimmer, zentrale gute Lage, grandiose Aussicht vom Balkon auf die Berge. Das Frühstück war schön angerichtet und reichaltig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Grundsätzlich war alles gut. Für den hohen Zimmerpreis hätte ich ein grösseres Zimmer und etwas mehr komfort erwartet. Zb. einen Kühlschrank. Der Gartenbereich und das Gartenrestaurant könnte etwas anmutiger gestaltet werden.

Restaurant staff attitude

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet. Nahe des Bahnhofs und Busterminal. Das Zimmer war ohne Balkon, aber es war gross und geräumig. Die Möbel, wie Sofa und Fauteuils, der Teppich sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sollten ersetzt werden und alles sieht dann perfekt aus. Braucht nicht viel!!! Das Frühstück ist sehr gut...

Die Dusche hatte einen Defekt an der Schiebetüre und konnte nicht ganz geschlossen werden. Sonst war alles gut.

駅のすぐ近くで便利でした。朝ごはんが美味しくスタッフも親切でフレンドリー。 お部屋も目の前にアイガーがどんとそびえて、毎日バルコニーから眺められるのが最高のごちそうでした。

駅から近いのですが、坂が急でした。車いすの方には何らかのサービスがあったら良いと思いました。 あと、ブッキングドットコムからはハーフボートへの変更がについて、もともと夕食の金額の記載が間違っていたようです。１度くらいはホテルで夕食をいただきたかったので、残念でした。

This is the highlight of our trip in Europe - Grindelwald, and the hotel we stay - Alpina is wonderful. The staff, who might be the owner, was so helpful. She even helped us carrying our big suitecases from the train station to the hotel, which is actually just a few steps away. The room is comfortable and classic. I love the common room where the guests can spend their free time sitting and enjoying the view. The breakfast is good, but can be better with more selections of food. The location of the hotel is perfect - only 2-3 minutes walks to the train station and convenient stores.

There's nothing we really dislike about this hotel. However, the hotel is not suitable for those with mobility difficulties unless you travel with your own car as it is located up on the hill. You need to climb up from the main street, and the road is quite steep. The neighborhood can be a little noisy in the day time.

Excellent location, very close to town and particularly the railway station. Incredibly clean with excellent views in the room we stayed in. (301)
