The on-site staff were kind and the location was great. Whoever answers booking didn’t take too long to reply.

I asked for an early check, which they couldn’t do. They let me drop my bags and I went to a close cafe for 3+ hours. When I got back my room wasn’t cleaned and the maid had left. I contacted them and was given a different room within an hour. I liked that room and even though it was a downgrade from the one I booked I would have stayed there BUT the internet didn’t reach that room and dropped very frequently. Also, the bathroom in the room I rented is full of mold. I needed the internet so I had to switch and decided to keep the bathroom door closed with the fan running and hope it wouldn’t get me sick.

The location was great.

We had a stressful start to our stay, I had previously missed a message (for which I didn’t receive a notification) asking for a picture of my ID, when I went it to see the check in instructions upon our arrival in town at 515pm I saw a second, very abrupt message, stating that I’d failed to respond to previous messages and if I hadn’t responded by 5pm I would not be able to access the property as everyone will have gone home for the day. Given it was 515pm you can imagine our stress. Fortunately we got a response back and were able to check in. My second point of frustration - the bathroom was equipped with only one towel and no hand towels, bath mat… etc. There were 2 of us staying and to have to share a towel when paying for accomodations is ridiculous. Not to mention the shower leaked whatever all over the bathroom floor so lack of mat or any additional towel made things quite uncomfortable. I sent a message asking for additional towels and the issue was not resolved for over 24hrs, at which point we were out for the evening and leaving early the next day so it wasn’t much use. The facilities are also falling apart and the smell in the room was pretty offensive. The whole thing left a really bad taste in my mouth as from before we even checked in I felt unwelcome.
