Space of the place was enough for my saying . Clean place easy to check in

The property didn’t provide the amenities that I expected. (No TV-cable, no internet). I tried to contact the management but they never replied my messages.

Facilities: Nicely decorated and modernly furnished rooms with all facilities that you need for a short to mid term stay. Great location in a quiet street, yet still close to all the fun and party if that’s what you’re looking for. The internet works very good, ideal for zoom calls or Netflix.

Host communication & house rules: • unfortunately it is not very clear which room you will get until you actually arrive at the property. the photos don’t match up with the room types. there are several different rooms, some are very small with just the bed and a small kitchen crammed in, while others feel more like a little loft studio, with sofa, desk and a large kitchen. we were expecting a big studio for our long term stay with two remotely working people. before booking, we triple checked with the pictures added at the room types, but when we arrived we saw that we had been assigned a completely different (and much smaller) room. we tried multiple times to check in with the person who is managing the property whether there had been a mistake made or if we could change rooms, but they were very uncooperative, only giving the answer “each selection on booking.com is connected to a certain room in the house” - yet the pictures aren’t accurate. since the prices of the room types vary, one would assume that the more you pay the more space you get. the person in the WhatsApp account (I assume they are just responsible for cleaning and checkin) couldn’t really help us but also couldn’t refer us on to any bookings manager. the whole house is very nice, but unfortunately the communication is very unresponsive and unhelpful. I strongly advise to the host to get their pictures in order or find another way to make clear to guests what type of apartment they are booking. it feels very confusing for guests when they expect a certain room type but then get a much much different (smaller) one. • regardless of this we still wanted to extend our stay for another week, but the communications person again wasn’t helpful. “just make a new booking and then I can tell you which room you have” meaning we would have to move rooms within the house. we tried to make a new booking but it stated “sold out”- even though the communication person told us that there is availability.

very nice room, has most things you need. comfy bed and easy self check in. would stay again. location was amazing

wifi wasn’t great and there was no hairdryer
