Sie bieten eine Rollervermietung an. Wir haben nachdem wir den Roller gemietet haben schnell gemerkt, dass wir in der Stadt günstiger den Roller bekommen hätten.

Everything was amazing, the accomodation, the location and the staff. Strongly recommand it. For cat lovers, an orange cat might come in your outside area (talkative but so kind).Beautiful spa just next door.

Nothing

The room was spacious and nice, very clean and comfortable. We got two coconuts from the staff at the beginning of our stay. The room had the private pool on the balcony and airconditioning perfectly working. Location is very good, you are walking distance (6 mins) to the main road of Kuta where there are nice bars and restaurants.

The pool was turned on in random hours during the day, when it's obvious that a tourist may be out of the room and then turned off in the late afternoon/evening when we were back at the room, which means that we never enjoyed the pool turned on with lights and bubbles. We told the staff and they were reluctant in changing the times of the pool for us, then they promised they would do it and turn it on at night but they never did for our entire stay. So we paid for the room with the pool for no reason. Our stay was really expensive because randomly that weekend there was the Indonesian GP - which we were not interested in but prices were crazy on purpose. WE checked prices for the weekend after and it was half the price. Breakfast was really expensive and so we decided not to get it there but for the high price we paid for the room, we think it should have been included. The hotel has this dog 'Tiga' (I love dogs) but she is territorial, so the first time we got there she barked and tried to attack my boyfriend, she was about to bite him but fortunately the staff was there to stop her. She is a sweet dog in the end, but it can be dangerous if she doesn't know you at the beginning, I think this should not be acceptable. WE asked them for a scooter and they gave us a very old one that was not working properly, we got stuck on a hill and we were about to get hit by a car coming from the back, I had to jump off the scooter and walk on a very busy and steep road which was very dangerous - when we told the staff they did not seem much interested or shocked and they did not even apologise, their attitude was a bit weird in general, even tho they were still polite. Ultimately, the singing of the muezin from the mosques is unfortunately really strong and you can hear it in the room with closed windows and it goes on at a lot of times during the day, it was quite annoying but it's not the hotel's fault of course.

Amazing place to stay even for a night. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Nice room and private swimming pool. Clean bathroom. Hopefully will come back next time!

Not to far from the main strip but far enough from all the noise, staff were amazing and very accommodating.
