- Unprofessioneller Check-in, der sich wie ein Verkaufsgespräch anfühlte - Vorschlag, die Buchung über Booking zu stornieren und bar zu zahlen (unseriös wirkend) - Zusatzgebühr von 2 % bei Kartenzahlung trotz hohem Unterkunftspreis - Stressige und unangenehme Ankunft nach langer Reise
