The breakfast was fine.

The experience at this property was deeply disappointing. The air conditioner in our room did not work, and the staff showed no concern, casually telling us it would only be fixed the next day, after we were already due to leave, without offering any alternative. The so-called outdoor shower faces directly onto the street and a construction site, with a broken and poorly maintained fence that fails to provide any privacy. Cleanliness was only superficial; while the room appeared tidy at first glance, long-term maintenance was clearly neglected, with stains on the toilet, shower, and even on the bed sheets. The,overall condition of the property is poor, although it was clearly once built with care, it is now falling apart due to negligent upkeep. Guest service is practically nonexistent: when we arrived for breakfast, no one came to take our order until we walked into the kitchen and asked for assistance. Ultimately, the value for money here is extremely low, especially considering that in Kuta Lombok there are far better options that are well maintained and treat guests with proper hospitality.

Sehr idyllisch und sauber. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett, gesprächig, höflich und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich wirklich wie in einer Oase. Das Essen ist ebenfalls lecker. Der Pool ist sehr sauber. Zudem wurde uns in allen Belangen wie z.B. Organisieren eines Surf-Kurses, Scooters oder Transports geholfen. Man braucht auf jeden Fall einen Scooter, um ins Zentrum zu kommen. Die Fahrt beträgt ungefähr 8-10 Minuten.

An der Unterkunft hat uns alles gefallen! Das einzige, was man bemängeln kann ist die Strecke von 5 Minuten zwischen der Unterkunft und der Hauptstraße. Es ist nicht asphaltiert und wenn man kein sicherer Fahrer ist, ist Vorsicht geboten. Aber es ist machbar und hier wird aber bereits gebaut.

Équipe aux petits soins et très gentil qui nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux. Les chambres étaient toute mignonne et le coin piscine très agréable. Un grand merci a Zar qui s’est occupé de nous toute la semaine.

Zar and everyone at Tiu Oasis are so friendly and accommodating. Every time I stay they go above and beyond to make it enjoyable. Best value for money in a great location and a beautiful villa. Can’t wait to stay again next year

The staff were very helpful, nice and happy. I asked for specific decorations and items for a surprise birthday, and they managed to source everything, set it up and decorated incredible well! 10/10 would recommend! They went above and beyond for us!

Super mooi hotel. Echt luxe. Erg vriendelijk personeel. Erg blij met de service van Zar. Ligt niet op loopafstand van centrum, maar met scooter of taxi (die ze ook voor ons regelden daar!) prima te doen. Super geregeld allemaal.

Eten duurde wel wat lang door kleine keuken.

It’s out of town by a long way so you need your own transport. We used a driver from the hotel who ripped us off to take us one night. Curtains are paper thin and our plunge pool was really dirty. Quite expensive for what you actually got, so wouldn’t return
