Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal

Der Weg zur Unterkunft war aufgrund des Regens schwer mit dem Moped zu fahren da es sehr gatschig war.

Felt like you were in a little oasis and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Cheap scooter hire too only $75000 a day

Super nice place, comfortable and clean. Staff is very supportive. They helped us with motorbike rental and laundry!

The path to the hotel is not the best, but is a minor thing. I totally recommend this place!

"Perfect spot!"

The room was comfortable, clean, and well designed. Pool and bar area made for a perfect place to relax after exploring the island. Lastly, the staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant!

"Pesadilla en Lombok"

Nada no me aloje en él era inviable por estar cerrado por obras.

El alojamiento no tenía nada que ver con las fotos. Para empezar estaba cerrado y en obras. Llegamos y solo había obreros. Nadie de la propiedad. No sabían que veníamos. Cuando la reserva llevaba hecha desde hacía dos meses. Nos tuvieron casi dos horas esperando. Y encima pretendían que nos quedáramos a dormir durante 7 días en un sitio cerrado para el público por sus obras y sucio. Finalmente tuvimos que buscar otras villas. Todo esto sin ayuda ni de la propiedad que lo único que hizo fue cancelar la reserva de forma gratuita(después de mucha insistencia nuestra).Y mucho menos de Booking al cual llamamos 3 veces para nada. La peor experiencia en Asia que he tenido. Y llevo recorriendo el sudeste asiático más de 7 años.
