Matahari Hotel Labuan Bajo

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Meruorah Komodo Labuan Bajo. Das Hotel ist modern, sehr gepflegt und die Zimmer sind komfortabel und sauber. Das gesamte Personal war stets freundlich, aufmerksam und hat sich hervorragend um die Gäste gekümmert. Ein besonderes Highlight war für uns das Abendbuffet mit Live-Musik. Die Atmosphäre war einfach wunderschön und das Essen war abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Da ich keinen Fisch esse, hat das Küchenteam am zweiten Abend sogar extra frische Beef- und Chicken-Spieße für mich zubereitet. Diese persönliche Aufmerksamkeit und der tolle Service haben uns besonders beeindruckt und gezeigt, wie sehr hier auf die Wünsche der Gäste eingegangen wird. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

The staff were reeeeallllly attentive Staff at the restaurant in the evenings were lovely the food was delish !! I forgot my power bank and didnt realise until halfway to the airport, the shuttle driver brought it back to me with his next guest transfer straight away. Breakfast buffet is huge Dessert buffet was lush My difficult friend was bragging about his birthday and the staff brought him out cake with big smiles even though my friend was being super annoying to them they handled it like champions. Would definately pick this place 100x over !!! Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Had a nasty dive accident the day I arrived and needed to be somewhere comfortable and calm after, so glad I picked this hotel. Perfect place to recover.

I needed to pack my buffet lunch in to a container and the guy said to choose and he would put it in a container which was kinda inconvenient in a hurry, like it would've just been really simple to give me the little container but was all good.

View of harbour was awesome Shower was good Beds were comfy if not a bit high Staff helpful and friendly Airport shuttle ...free. or taxi available cheap

Bit out of the way from other restaurants bars etc No hand towels only one bathrobe Only one tv channel No outside table chairs had to take from the room Very poor food for english Overpriced rooftop prices 5 times dearer than a regular bar Pool was small and only a handful of beds No iron in room No place to put suitcases

Location

Unpolite staff. Poor room view. Very bad restaurant. Poor room facilities: no face and hand towels in the room, arrived only after a day. Only one mini bottle of shower gel per person per night. In total a poor experience.

Breakfast with the sea view is superb Variety of breakfast Location is great in town and near the harbour walking distance Overall luv it and recommended

The star attraction is the roof level restaurant with infinity pool. The food was excellent and the views and sunsets are spectacular.

The gym is very basic and needs to be better maintained/cleaned.
