Location. City center, near harbour. Easy access to night food market. Nice design. Helpfull staff

Great location, wonderful view. Staff was friendly and they are trying.

A for effort, but a D for execution. This hotel could be gorgeous but it is very run down and not maintained. So many things were missing. Multiple items broken in the room including leaking plumbing. Only an old towel per person, bathroom was not clean. Overall it does not look like the pictures and is absolutely not worth the price - for almost the same price you can get a true 5 star resort close by.

Staff was friendly, free airport pickup and drop-off, good vegetarian breakfast selection. Lovely view.
