Hospitality was beyond ! Antonio is a gem! The breakfast served with antique cutlery and china, ambience is like a fairytale.

Could be a bit cleaner. But it’s always a downside of antique interiors.

Lo más lindo es el entorno, los jardines! Un lugar con historia! Tan antiguo y tan bien tenido! Las personas q atienden son excelentes, especialmente Antonio, una persona muy comprometida con la atención de los pasajeros!

Un aspecto para mejorar es la ducha, q es demasiado antigua y tiene una tina preciosa, pero no apta para adultos mayores

Ein wundervoller Ort, eine richtige Oase mit wunderschöner historischer Gebäudeanlage und großem Garten, der direkt in die Berge übergeht. Wir haben eine herrliche Wanderung gemacht mit wunderschönem Ausblick über das Tal. Ganz besonders herzlich und freundlich wird man außerdem von Antonio begrüßt und bewirtet und am Abend kann man fantastisch essen und wird wiederum ganz wunderbar bewirtet. Eine ganz große Empfehlung!!!

Overall, this is an amazing place to stay and I would highly recommend it. Possibly the best place we have ever stayed. Staff (especially Antonio) were excellent, very warm and welcoming. They were very attentive and could not do too much. The owner came and saw us on our first night to check how we were getting on. The buildings and rooms are exceptional - very well decorated and full of interesting, historic articles. The hotel has some historic rooms available to view, including a lounge and chapel. We ate in the amazing dining room. The room was comfortable, clean and very spacious. It had plenty of storage space, with hangers in the wardrobe as well as lots of drawers. The bathroom was also large enough to host a party. Breakfast was very nice - varied, good spread of savoury and sweet options. The gardens around the hotel are wonderful for taking a short walk in and are well looked after.

Being really pedantic, the shower was a bit weak and there was only complementary shampoo (not body wash) in the bathroom.

The sense of heritage, preservation of historic value and lush landscaping in its park and gardens.

la casona de la hacienda, con 300 años de antigüedad, es una lugar que vale la pena visitar y alojar en ella. Está muy bien mantenida, limpia y se siente el pasado. Lo jardines son muy bonitos, y en esta época todo estaba muy verde. Por otra parte, el servicio que recibimos fue muy bueno, asi, por ejemplo, cuando volvimos a alojar tarde en la noche la habitación estaba muy bien temperada. Además, Antonio el administrador me resolvió un problema personal que iba más allá del servicio esperado de un hotel

Aun cuando el servicio de la persona que atiende en el desayuno es muy bueno, detalles como la calidad del pan y la variedad de frutas, parecen menos cuidados. Por otra parte, es una "novedad" sentarse en muna misma mesa (mesa del comedor de la casona) con personas desconocidas; para nosotros fue una buena experiencia, pero a otros podría parecerle incómodo.
