Worst ever experienced in nathia gali

Behavior, location and service

From my stay I can say that the best thing about Richmond is their location. Since there is too much traffic in Nathia gali during the time I traveled the best thing about location is that there is no traffic on the upper nathia gali road and you can easily travel to different places back and forth from Richmond. My another recommendation would be to dine out or lunch and the Grey Cafe which is at walking distance from Richmond as it they have the best taste across the different restaurants I visited.

When we talk about services then there are majorly two concerns we have in mind. One is the speed of service and the other is the quality. If I were to talk about their quality that definitely met my expectations but the speed is slow. For example I called the waiter to the room he definitely arrived but after 30 minutes which could be improved. Also they have free breakfast but it is not as per my expectations so I did not avail it daily as well.

Location of richmond is exceptional, bazar is near, donga gali mushkpuri trek is nearby (10 minutes drive). Hot water was available all the time., during electricity outage, they turned on the generators. Parking was available on property.. Breakfast was simple yet v good. Overall Food was good. Exceptional views around the property.

Services aren't that exceptional. Had to even ask for room service multiple times, kettle wasn't working but they changed it promptly. No tea or tea bags were provided. Heater wasnt working but was changed upon asking. A little expensive for the services they provided.

Location was very nice and so was the staff. Unexpectedly, the food taste was awesome as I was expecting average taste we get from every other hotel. It was a good experience overall. Parking was inside the premises which is a good thing.

There were no electric or gas heater. The had to get the wood and light it multiple times. Still they were able to maintain a comfortable temperature with some effort.

the surrounding was good but need to take a ride to go to main bazar as walking is approximately 30min if by car then the location is good peaceful quiet

there should be proper heating system as in my room there was only a small heater which made it very cold in morning and night as of snowfall and they said cant have extra heater as wire cant take much heater in one room and should be some Matt or something in toilet as because of cold you cant put feet on marble as it make feet num and difficult to use washroom or even for performing wuzu
