L'emplacement permet de profiter des commodités à proximité (supermarché, restos), et des endroits phares à visiter de la ville. Pouvoir profiter de la terrasse si vous avez la chambre n°1.

Le propriétaire demande le paiement dès l'arrivée et malgré le fait de valider ensemble le paiement le jour du check out (ce qui est usuel au Sri Lanka), nous avons été relances pratiquement quotidiennement pendant notre séjour... Le matelas est particulièrement fin et sur une planche ce qui n'est pas très confortable. Par ailleurs, la chambre n'est pas équipée de moustiquaire. Nous avons rencontré des problèmes de wifi le 1er jour, et d'électricité le second. C'est peut-être nous qui avons la poisse mais c'était vraiment pas pratique. Enfin, si vous avez la chambre 1 préparez les boules quies, on entend absolument toutes les canalisations du bâtiment...

Deze boeking klopt van geen kant. Er staan hele hoge ratings maar er is niks van waar. Het bed was een harde plank. De badkamer was erg vies en nat. De wastafel en de wc lekte overal en als je wilde douchen stond je zowat in de wc. En door de lekkage ook in het wc-water. De eigenaar lijkt in eerste instantie vriendelijk, maar is erg opdringerig als het gaat om zijn eigen tours etc. Via google maps review lazen we meerdere slechte reviews over deze opdringerigheid. Er staat dat je een tv op de kamer krijgt en een waterkoker. Nou die waren er zeker niet! Al met al zijn wij na 1 nacht vertrokken i.p.v dat we 2 nachten zouden verblijven. Hier wil je niet verblijven! In de buurt zijn veel betere opties voor ongeveer hetzelfde geld!

This is my second time booking this place. David was, as always, incredibly friendly, approachable, and helpful throughout my stay. The room was not only clean and comfortable, but also offered great value for the price I paid.

The owner was nice, responsive, and waited for us until late when we arrived with a late bus. There was a possibility to use bikes.

We had only one towel for two. It would have nice to have a least a sheet to cover ourselves at night.

Ich war überrascht , nach dem ich in Vergangenheit in dieser Preisklasse wirklich sehr schleche Unternünfe gehabt habe wie gepflegt und sauber Villa David ist. Besitzer sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsberreit. Ich würde wieder buchen.

Very clean and well kept. Good location for transport, shops and walking to some of the places of interest. Basic and compact room, for the price more than adequate.

People cheat people and try to steal money from people and the owner cheats people from most of the people. We have no way to plan anything as we want. Everything is planned according to the right person.
