Family Hotel Piter

Excellent location, right next to the beach. Very friendly staff. They answered our questions with great kindness, and gave us very useful recommendations.

Being a hotel with few rooms/clients, the breakfast was not as plentiful/diverse as I have had elsewhere.

We had a reservation and unfortunately we canceled it because a family issue. Because we had good news and the situation was fixed, after 2 days we contact them in order to see if we can keep our reservation. It was 50% charged by them already. They said they have availability but we have to pay again the full amount so 150% of the normal price. Ok, I agree it’s a policy and we were prepared to pay the full amount, but the way they presented the situation was too careless, repeating “pay” so many times we just gave up. Terrible experience to comunicate with them in english. Zero hospitality and flexibility and the feeling that they are desperate for charging money and that's it. We finally chose another hotel for our vacation. I do not recommend.

I appreciate the personnel, they were very nice. One of them helped me a lot with a flat tire! I felt they are like a family, very close to the customers. It was quiet, we had good conditions for relaxation. Also, I appreciate the amount of towels they gave us. And, you can take a sunbed and an umbrella from the hotel and cross the street to go to the beach, no charges for that. The prices for the restaurant were also good.

There is one problem with the access road. It is narrow and inclined. Two cars from opposite directions can almost never pass simultaneously. We ended up with a flat tire because of this. It took us by surprise. This is the only entry road, since they do a lot of construction right now. Be advised. This is of course not the hotel's fault. As for the hotel, the breakfast options and availability can be improved.
