The location is exactly opposite the beach and the view. The owner was very helpful and willing to answer all our questions.

The hotel restaurant was expensive and the portions very small. The breakfast was good but they don't refill what is running out.

They are great friendly people; we very much enjoyed our stay. The location, right next to the beach, is perfect, the food in their cool restaurant is excellent, rooms are clean, there is a voleybal area on the beach nearby, the water is clean, there are mini-markets and other restaurants nearby. You get TV, hair drier, air conditioning, free WiFi. You can park in front of the hotel, free of charge. The beach is not crowded, you can sit wherever you want. The hotel offers free sunchairs and umbrellas and you can place them on the beach, in the marked area.

We would have liked it even better if we had a balcony, but unfortunately the hotel was booked and didn't get one of those rooms. Some areas around were affected by landslides and were not so great, but we had the opportunity to take cool photos. Some of the beach terraces were abandoned, but maybe it was just because the season was ending.

The Hotel is located on the beach 30 meters away.The restorant has barbecue is very delicious end excellent end cheap.Staff very polite. The place very quiet peaceful.For people who want to relax.We recommed !!!

Piter is the seafood place that brings us back to Cabacum year after year. The grilled octopus is obviously not cheap, but worth every penny. And we love the friendly service. Also, if you are for sports, they have the TV. 😁

One of the best hotel we found in Bulgaria. It’s not so easy to be reached but when you are there you probably don’t want to leave anymore! The hotel has quite small but very clean rooms with a small bathroom. However sufficient for a small family. The position is fantastic! It is not far from Golden Sands and from Varna but enough isolated to be quiet because outside the most touristic places on the seaside. Moreover you have only to cross the street to reach the beach and the sea! The hotel has its own bating establishment and you can stay there for free if you have a room in the hotel. Also the hotel restaurant is very good: simple but very good Bulgarian food and fish was always fresh. Absolutely a place to spend a relaxing week on the Black Sea!

Location is a 500 m away from the Golden Sands' major street and about 300 from the last bus stop. Hotel is located at the dead end of the street. So there is no thru traffic at all. At the same time one of the best beaches just few meters away. If you walk down the street about 50 m you will find a shortcut between two fences down to the beach. The hotel has a cafeteria at the lobby with complete menu. We tried local soup and fish dish. It was good. Also they have famous melba (ice-cream, jam, cream and fruits served as a piece of art) we recommend to try. Prices are lower then any other places around Golden Sands. Owners are always at the premises so it is easy to communicate and get any advice if needed. Good place for those who does not need noisy environment to be happy. As a bonus you will find one of the best fish restaurant on the opposite side of the road.
