The location was good.

Stuff was complete desister. So rude and away to be friendly and problem solving. We specifically booked non-smoking rooms because of the children, and when we complained about it, they offered to open the balcony door for us :) The rooms were clean, but the beds were super uncomfortable They were probably 35 years old. Even though they offer free parking, good luck finding a spot. I believe only 10% of the guests have the ability to park their car. Rest goes to the nearby paid parking lot. The restaurant in the hotel was average but again, stuff when they look at you they say go away. Long story short, we are never gonna book this hotel again.

Еда отличная, расположение хорошее, не шумно, басейн хороший.

Ограниченное количество паркомест.

90 % от персонала не знаят защо са там и си нямат понятие от обноски , отзивчивост и работа с клиенти ! Три пъти докладвахме за запушени канали и неработещи телевизори - никой не реагира ! Камериерките започват да обикалят в 8,30 - ненормално все пак си на почивка ! Проблем с паркирането няма кой да те ориентира къде можеш да намериш платен паркинг - незнаят ( все пак сме за първи път в Златни - очаквахме съдействие ) и още неща , но ще спра до тук !
