Joya Park Hotel

Personalet var over all forventning. Vaskedamen burde ha opplæring på andre som vasker på andre hoteller. Personalet smilende fra vi kom til vi reiste.

Sehr gute Lage zum Goldstrand. Frühstück war gut.

Zimmer sind etwas abgewohnt aber vollkommen in Ordnung wenn man nur zum Schlafen dort verweilt. Balkon war super.

Piscina incalzita si curata. Mancare buna si diversificata. Lift.

Doamna de la receptie nepoliticoasa. Au pus limita de 4 persoane la un apartament cu 2 paturi duble si o canapea extensibila in care incapeau clar 5-6 persoane. Am platit camera, iar cand am ajuns acolo doamna de la receptie ne-a pus sa platim in plus pentru un copil de 14 ani (limita la hotel fiind de 11.99 ani) 856 de lei. Inteleg sa platesti micul dejun si cina pentru copil, dar sa platesti si camera care deja era platita este strigator la cer. A mai facut si misto de noi cand a vazut copilul. Nici nu voia sa ne lase prima data in camera cand a vazut ca suntem 5. Pe langa asta in camera era mizerie (praf nesters si saltele jegoase, nu murdare, jegoase). Am platit aparent si internet de mare viteza, dar nici macar nu batea pana in dormitor. Nu arata deloc ca o camera de 4 stele. Piscina este deschisa doar pana la ora 19:00! Paturile "duble" sunt defapt 2 paturi de o persoana lipite una de alta.

The staff members were very rude, especially the receptionists. They wanted to scam me regarding the car park. They sent me to park the car 2 km away from the hotel as I was not happy to pay 30€/ night to Joya Park Hotel. It was so ridiculous. And them car park was empty for all of my stay. Also, I would like to mention that they have an issue with the small bathrooms, 2nd thing is that a lot of smell was coming from the kitchen, the smell of fries and cigarette smoke. We ordered some drinks from the reception after we had finished drinking we noticed that the items had expired. Also, they seem to be very doggy only cash is accepted. Please avoid this place for a better Stay.

Обявено е че хотелът се намира на 400м от плажа и от центъра, което изобщо не отговаря на истината. Хотелът е на 1.2км от централния плаж и на 1км от центъра, много вървене а уж сме на почивка..

They don't have many parking spaces, and if you find the hotel full, you have to park your car for a fee of 20-30 Leva at another hotel or at a private parking lot. Although they say in the room price that you have parking included.
