On our way to the hotel right after we made the payment,we received a call from hotel saying they denied the confirmation for the price shown in the site. And as we started the journey, we paid extra at hotel to get the booking. We tried calling the Oyo booking site multiple times and we didn't get proper response Towels were not clean. Water bottles were not provided in the room.however they arranged it.
